The façade of the Vasyl Krychevsky Poltava Regional Museum.
The building of the Poltava Provincial Council is a striking example of Ukrainian Art Nouveau architecture.
It was built between 1902 and 1908 to a design by the outstanding architect and artist Vasyl Krychevsky.
