The seal for personal correspondence in the form of a female figure belonged to Lubensky County Marshal Petro Markovich Poltoratsky, as evidenced by the two letters PP. The seal was used to seal letters and documents with wax and served as a means of identifying the sender. The presence of a personal seal indicated the high social status of the owner.
