Parangi - a festive men's costume from Khevsureti. Wool, cross-stitch embroidery, appliqué. 99x60. The Khevsurs are an ethnographic group of Georgians, the indigenous population of the mountainous region of Khevsureti on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus in the basin of the Khevsurian Aragvi River and in the upper reaches of the Argun River on the northern slopes.
