Cerset 29. Women's ‘Kerset’ Inv. #442 Poltava Region, Khorol District Early 20th century Made of dark velvet, lined with calico, with internal ties. The armholes and neckline are trimmed with velvet piping. The kerst is decorated with silk braid around the neckline and chest. The chest features an appliqué floral motif in the form of a tree with flowers. The appliqué is made of pink and blue silk ribbons. At the back, the fabric forms six longitudinal folds, decorated with buttons. The jacket was found in a rubbish bin and donated to the museum by Oleksandr Rozhko.
