Women's ‘Kerset’ Inv. #506 Poltava Region, Khorol District. Early 20th century. Made of black satin, lined with calico, with internal ties. The armholes and neckline are trimmed with black velvet piping. The neckline is decorated with silk braid, which continues onto the chest area. Decorated with floral appliqué made of coloured silk ribbons on the right side of the chest, which continues with stitching along the edge of the side. At the back, the fabric has six longitudinal folds, decorated with buttons. The jacket was restored in 2024, with the lost (worn out) silk ribbon appliqué recreated. Restored by Valentina Lyashenko.
