Southern railway is an example of an interesting history that started in 1869. You can discover it in the Museum complex that contains three expositions. The first one is located in the Central House of Science and Technique and tells about railway artery’s history and timeline. The second one is a Museum of History and railway equipment of the Southern railway. It was opened in 2014 in the reconstructed building of former warehouse. The third one is an open space exhibition near Kharkiv passenger railway station and includes 36 exhibits and a wagon from the year of 1922 in particular. The Museum fund contains over two thousand artefacts and keeps steadily extending.
