Memorial museum which is, in fact, an apartment of Grysodubovs family is dedicated to the pioneer of Kharkiv aviation Stepan Gryzodubov, a pilot and an aircraft designer, and his daughter Valentina Gryzodubova who was the first woman to get a title of the Hero of the Soviet Union. She was a prominent pilot, a world record holder, and a commander of long-range aviation regiment.
