Cerset 40. Women's ‘Kerset’ Inv. #447 Poltava Region, Khorol District Kniazha Luka Village Early 20th century Made of blue jacquard fabric, lined with calico, with internal ties. The neckline is trimmed with black velvet piping. The kerst is decorated with a decorative velvet patch on the chest, framed by green silk braid, which is also placed around the neckline. The square on the chest is decorated with a floral appliqué in the form of a tree with flowers. At the back, the fabric has 8 longitudinal folds - ‘fandiv’ or ‘whiskers’ - which are decorated with buttons.
